Key Responsibilities


  • Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback, and pushing job processes forward.
  • Manage ongoing recruitment process of clients' company and guide the team in handling any potential blockers.
  • Working with candidates to identify the best job match and manage priorities efficiently.
  • Helping candidates at all stages of interviews at scale.
  • Partnering with the Sales counterparts to ensure a successful marketplace.
  • Developing and improving development programs for graduates' soft skills.
  • Coaching and consulting our talents and understanding their career needs.
  • Provide companies and help them have the right talents.
  • Being the bridge for connection between talents and companies
  • Responsible for target talent placement.


Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or any related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, learning development, or other related fields.
  • Having a good knowledge of career development (interviewing and hiring) and law employment.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills (build a connection with customers).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
