Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback, and pushing job processes forward.
Manage ongoing recruitment process of clients' company and guide the team in handling any potential blockers.
Working with candidates to identify the best job match and manage priorities efficiently.
Helping candidates at all stages of interviews at scale.
Partnering with the Sales counterparts to ensure a successful marketplace.
Developing and improving development programs for graduates' soft skills.
Coaching and consulting our talents and understanding their career needs.
Provide companies and help them have the right talents.
Being the bridge for connection between talents and companies
Responsible for target talent placement.
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or any related fields.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, learning development, or other related fields.
Having a good knowledge of career development (interviewing and hiring) and law employment.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills (build a connection with customers).
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
