Hacktiv8 is an online rapid education program that prepares absolute beginners into job-ready developers to work in high-growth tech careers in Indonesia. We do this using Income Share Agreement, a payment program that helps students defer their tuition for a percentage of their future income.

As a Student Success Representative, your responsibilities will be providing customer service information and direction, as well as promptly answering questions to ensure potential students, students, and other relevant party’s satisfaction. Also conducting assessments (i.e. interviews and written tests for applicants)

Key responsibilities:

  • Approaching and persuading every lead from all marketing channels in order to achieve the conversion target
  • Setting up schedules and running interviews as well as administering entrance tests for applicants
  • Monitoring the tuition payment status of all accepted students including following up the payment to ensure everything is settled according to the rules and regulations
  • Responsible for an end to end process of tuition loan application such as assisting in paperwork preparation, following up loan partners etc. to ensure everything is completed in time
  • Responsible for an end to end process of scholarship application including but not limited to administrative preparation and managing schedule for interview with Admissions Lead
  • Finalizing database of students entering Introduction Class and communicating with instructors regarding the preparation for the intake process
  • Briefing students on the first day of the Introduction Class regarding the next payment procedure
  • Responsible for customer success & experience, handling both online and offline (e.g. call handling, live chat, email and WhatsApp)


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in telemarketing/telesales, sales or customer service 

  • Passionate in sales

  • Education background will be an advantage

  • Exposure in recruitment, such as interviewing or test administration will be an added advantage

  • Good interpersonal skills and communication

  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
