Responsible for customer support handling through various channels (Email, Live Chat Feature, Google Play Reviews, IOS Reviews).
Responding and follow up promptly to customer inquiries/issues.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints/issues, which related to Hacktiv8’s products/services.
Records the details, and make a comprehensive summary of customer’s inquiries, issues, comments, and complaints.
Reporting, communicating and coordinating regularly with colleagues/stakeholders as necessary, based on the inputs/issues summary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
++ Approaching and persuading every leads from all marketing channels in order to achieve the conversion target.
