Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and research potential partnerships with potential schools/ universities
2. Develop and maintain school/ university relationships
3. Coordinate with other divisions to develop mutually beneficial proposals
4. Negotiate contract terms with potential schools/ universities and communicate with stakeholders
5. Monitor and conduct the projects from the partnerships
6. Gather helpful information from customers, partners, and competitor data
7. Responsible for the presentations to prospective partners, Hacktiv8 events, and internal executives
8. Briefing students on the first day of the Introduction Class regarding the next


1. Excellence communication skills and can do consultative selling (negotiation, persuasion, and influencing)
2. Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
3. Has basic interviewing skills
4. Has at least a basic knowledge in English (verbal and written)
5. Has a good problem-solving skill and decision-making skill
6. Has an excellent administrative skill, reporting skills and detail-oriented
7. Has a higher emotional intelligence, and good skill in conflict resolution and mediation

8. Has the ability to adapt quickly and to understand all the product knowledge in a short amount of time
9. Willing to be placed in Surabaya
