Responsible for customer service handling both online and offline (e.g. call handling, live chat, email and WhatsApp), regarding ISA admission, agreement, and collecting process.
Setting up schedule and running interviews as well as administering entrance tests for ISA applicants.
Responsible for end-to-end ISA application processes such as assisting in the preparation of agreement documents, opening an auto debit account, etc. to ensure everything is completed on time.
Finalizing database of ISA students entering Introduction Class and communicating with instructors regarding the preparation for the intake process.
