Talent Acquisition Sr. Associate (Remote)

Preferable Location: Jakarta   |   Full Time

As Talent Acquisition, you will work with our leaders to proceed with the best-match candidate of employee that can contribute to it, both internally and externally so that we can re-skill our student to be ready for the tech job market.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Handling end-to-end recruitment process
  • Sourcing potential and best candidates for internal recruitment needs from in-house databases, recruitment websites, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Conducting appropriate tests and interviews for potential candidates.
  • Involve in employer branding initiatives
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates


Requirements:

  • 3- 5 Years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, from in-house and recruitment agency with good track record of hunting talents (familiar with tech positions will be a plus).
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for a high-volume hiring environment for fast paced and growing company where priorities can change.
  • Experience working on applicant tracking systems, sourcing, recruiting data & recruiting tools.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, senior leaders and peers alike.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to simplify complex issues.
  • Self-starter and self-motivator who thrives in ambiguous and a start-up and diverse work environment.


What you need to have :

  • Proven end to end recruitment process (Tech position is preferable) - because you will handle not only business positions but also instructors in tech.
  • You are passionate about educating and coaching people. Educating and coaching employees and talent would be our day to day
