Responsible for end-to-end ISA application processes such as assisting in the preparation of agreement documents, opening an auto-debit account, etc. to ensure everything is completed on time.
Monitoring the ISA student status in the FSJS program, following up with all ISA students whether they passed the phase-up exam or not. Monitoring the payment to ensure everything is settled according to the rules and regulations.
Prepare report and summary presentation of collection performance for upper management or shareholders.
Maintain team backlog, align deadlines, and ensure adherence to ISA Students
Collaborate with Career Development Team and Account Manager Team to ensure the placement of graduates into companies that have agreed upon ISA partnership.
Responsible for developing the ISA system, evaluating the process, and suggesting improvements to the existing ISA system
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Management or other related disciplines.
Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Collection
Having collection background from Digital Lending, Banking, or Fintech companies,
Strong skills/traits in leadership & team development, data-driven, and problem-solving,
Strong knowledge of collection process and legality & compliance
