Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking events, and referrals

  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences

  • Create and manage a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job opportunities

  • Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to identify and fill open positions

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process


  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field, especially in the staffing or headhunter industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
