Create and manage a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job opportunities
Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to identify and fill open positions
Provide ongoing support and guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field, especially in the staffing or headhunter industry
