HR Lead

• Work closely with the management to drive people strategy and ensure its alignment with business strategy
• Provide a full range of HR services, payroll, recruitment, training and development, compensation, and benefits
• Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of human capital
• Develop talent management strategy includes succession planning, performance management
• Handle entire HR operations and ensure legal compliance within the process
• Manage recruitment and selection process
• Lead employer branding strategy to attract top talent

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources management and/or business
• Experience leading the HR function in start-up companies
• Proven success in people engagement, management and team retention
• Thorough knowledge in manpower regulation and compliance
• Driven and familiar with a fast-paced work environment
