Hacktiv8 is an online rapid education program that prepares absolute beginners into job-ready developers to work in high-growth tech careers in Indonesia. We do this using Income Share Agreement, a payment program that helps students defer their tuition for a percentage of their future income.

What You’ll Do:
Responsible for customer success & experience, handling both online and offline (e.g call handling, live chat and whatsapp)
Approaching and persuading every leads from all marketing channels in order to achieve the conversion target
Setting up schedules as well as administering entrance test for applicants
Make sure all the administrative information is neatly reported in written and/or verbal
Role Requirements:
Fresh graduate or final year student from reputable university
Excellence communication skills and can do consultative selling (negotiation, persuasion, and influencing)
Having good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Previous exposure in telesales / customer service / customer experience is a plus
Has a higher emotional intelligence, and good skill in conflict resolution and mediation
